Administered through Perkline, Inc.

Adelphi Alumni Card
The Alumni Card, obtained through the Office of Alumni Relations, provides proof of alumni status and is required for obtaining the Alumni Leisure Passport and Library privileges. To obtain this card, you must come, in person, to the Office of Alumni Relations, Lower Level of Linen Hall, weekdays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Alumni Events
Special alumni activities include regional receptions, Homecoming, networking and career-oriented events, social activities as well as lectures and cultural events.
Events are listed on the Upcoming Events section. Information is also mailed directly to alumni and announced in the Adelphi University Magazine.

Alumni Leisure Passport
Alumni are able to participate in recreational activities sponsored by the university. For a nominal fee, alumni and their families may become passport holders. An application may be obtained through the Office of Intramurals by calling 516.877.4242.
Alumni wishing to apply to use the fitness center must first acquire an Alumni Card.
The Adult Fitness Program also offers a discount to alumni.

Alumni Magazine
Published three times a year by the Department of Public Affairs, in conjunction with the Office of University Advancement, The Adelphi University Magazine offers our alumni worldwide the opportunity to read about events at the university, to learn about the latest faculty developments and research, and to share experiences with other alumni.
All Adelphi University alumni should automatically receive a copy by mail. Alumni are encouraged to submit information about their personal and professional accomplishments to be included in the "Class Notes" section of the magazine through AUConnect: The Adelphi Online Community.
Adelphi Alumni Online Community
It’s a free and interactive social and networking site exclusively for Adelphi University Alumni. It's a portal for reconnection through the online directory, a place to post or find job listings, and a vehicle to submit class notes. Visit AUConnect.
Admissions
The admissions application fee is waived for children of alumni who apply to Adelphi University. Children of alumni who are accepted for admission receive up to a $1,000 legacy scholarship.

Bookstore
The Adelphi Alumni Card entitles alums to a 10% discount on all merchandise purchased from the campus Barnes and Noble bookstore. This discount cannot be applied towards the purchase of textbooks, magazines, or convenience items (candy, food, drugs, etc.).

The Hotline is available 24/7. Specially trained, professionally supervised volunteers, all of whom are breast cancer survivors themselves, offer emotional support, information and referrals. The Hotline has been providing services to New Yorkers since 1980

Center for Career Development
The Center for Career Development offers a variety of services and resources that continue to be available to alumni. These include group workshops on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job search strategies as well as on campus interviewing and job fairs. Individual career counseling sessions are available by appointment by calling 516.877.3130. As of August 2008, we are launching our new career services website, PantherZone. In an attempt to help you with your career search, the Adelphi University Office of Alumni Relations put together an Executive Training List of companies that may offer internships, executive training programs and/or entry-level positions.

Cultural Events Calendar
The University sponsors a wide variety of cultural and artistic events during the summer, fall, and spring semesters. These include lectures by prominent individuals, musical concerts, and theater performances. The Calendar of Events is published in each issue of Adelphi Magazine.

Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions

The Learning Center
The Learning Center provides Adelphi alumni and students with free individualized assistances in preparing for graduate school entrance exams (GMAT, GRE, LSAT and MCAT, etc.) and in composing personal statements for graduate school applications. Guest Scholars Program

John W. Engeman Theater
The John W. Engeman Theater is proud to be revitalizing professional theater on Long Island by bringing the best of New York City Theater to an appreciative and discerning suburban audience. There are initially two browsable collections: 1) a very small Ruth St. Denis Collection (which will grow!) and 2) the Oracle yearbooks from 1953-1974.
Coming soon: Future UASC collections will be digitized as well as yearbooks prior to 1953 and after 1974 and search functionality for campus newspapers (presently found at http://dtsearch/) will be improved.
License Plate
Custom Adelphi license plates are now available from N.Y. State's DMV.
For more information, visit the NY DMV Web site, call the DMV's Custom Plate Unit at 1-800-364-PLATES (1-800-364-7528), or present your order form and payment in person at the DMV Office. They will order your plates and issue you a new registration, reflecting the plate number that will be assigned to you. The plates will be mailed to you in approximately four weeks.
Long Island Ducks Ticket Discount
The Long Island Ducks are the 2009 Second-Half Liberty Division Champs. The Flock finished with identical 37-33 records in the first and second half to secure the title and earn an Atlantic League-record sixth consecutive playoff berth.
