Purpose of C•O•A•C•H
The C.O.A.C.H. Program provides alumni of Adelphi University the opportunity to provide industry and career information as well as encouragement to current students and fellow alumni as they enter their chosen field as a resource and/or mentor.
Benefits of C•O•A•C•H
The best advice often comes from hearing the personal experiences of others. Being a member of the C.O.A.C.H. program allows individuals to provide others with realistic information about career options, job responsibilities, as well as employment conditions and expectations. As a member of C.O.A.C.H., individuals can share information regarding their career path, meet others in the field and gain insight and advice on various professions.
The Backpack to Briefcase C.O.A.C.H. Programs connect students and recent graduates to alumni with expertise in human resources, graduate school admissions, financial planning, real estate, and many other fields. Lecture topics are geared to enable students to develop the life skills needed transition easily from college and enter the professional world.

Through the C.O.A.C.H. program, the Office of Alumni Relations is seeking to develop a database of alums willing to speak or provide mentoring either generically or on a specific area of business. Being part of the program simply means that our office may contact you if a request for speaking/mentoring arises that would match your background or interests.
The Office of Alumni Relations will be working with the Center for Career Development on C.O.A.C.H Programs and developing coaches.
