Q: How do I request a transcript or diploma?
A:
Online: The quickest and most convenient way to request your Adelphi University transcript is to order it online through our transcript ordering system.

In Person: Forms can be picked up in the Office of the University Registrar located on the Garden City campus in the lower level of Levermore Hall, Room 8.

The Office of the University Registrar’s hours are:
Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

You can also contact the Office of the University Registrar to obtain a replacement diploma. For more information, please contact the Office of the University Registrar at 516.877.3300.


Q: How can I send information for a class note?
A: You can submit a class note by visiting www.adelphi.edu/classnotes. Class notes are included in the Adelphi University Magazine and may also be featured in Adelphi’s School and College newsletters.


Q: How do I get an alumni ID card?
A: Adelphi alumni are entitled to an alumni ID card, which gives you special access to the Swirbul Library among other areas on campus. Visit Adelphi’s discounts and benefits page for more information on this and dozens of other benefits and special offers exclusively for alumni. 


Q: How do I register/buy a ticket for an upcoming event?
A: You can either register for an event online on the Alumni events page or by calling the Office of Alumni Relations at 516.877.3470. Adelphi offers alumni networking and career-oriented events, reunions, social activities, regional receptions, as well as lectures and cultural events. Remember to check back often because new events are always being added!


Q: Can I get a phone number or email address for my friends from Adelphi?
A: If you are a graduate, you can log in to AU Connect to search for former classmates. For privacy reasons, Adelphi will not give out addresses and phone numbers of alumni. If you give us your contact information, we will pass it and a message along to the requested alumnus. You can contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 516.877.3470 or alumni@adelphi.edu.


Q: How can I update my contact information? Why do I not receive information from Adelphi?
A: Complete this form to update your contact information. Adelphi wants to know if your phone number, email or mailing address has changed so we can ensure we send you the news and information you want, where you want it!


Q: How can I find out information about reunion?
A: To find out more information about reunion or to see pictures from past reunion events visit adelphi.edu/reunion or facebook.com/adelphialumni. Contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 516.877.3470 if you have any additional questions.

Q: Do I have access to Adelphi yearbooks?
A: Past issues of Adelphi’s yearbook, the Oracle, can be found online by visiting the University Archives and Special Collections. If you are a member of Adelphi’s young alumni community, the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) may have extra copies of your class’ yearbook. Contact CSI at 516.877.3603 or csi@adelphi.edu today!


Q: What benefits are available to alumni?
A: Adelphi has dozens of benefits and special offers exclusively for alumni. Visit our discounts and benefits page, and be sure to check back often because new benefits are always being added!


Q: Can I continue to use my Adelphi email?
A: Yes! If you just graduated, continue using your email to keep your Adelphi address active. If you have not used your Adelphi email recently, visit eCampus to reset your Adelphi address using your student information. For assistance, please call customer services at 516.877.3340.


Q: How do I learn more about the Alumni Legacy Scholarship?
A: Contact the Office of Admissions at 516.877.3050.
